The highly anticipated consecration ceremony of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, featuring the participation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the 'Pran Pratistha' rituals, is scheduled for tomorrow. In preparation for the event, a robust security arrangement has been implemented in the city, involving a multi-layered security plan with the deployment of approximately 13,000 security personnel. The ceremony will witness the presence of individuals who played pivotal roles in the temple construction agitation. Renowned personalities, including Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan, business magnates Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani, and sports legends Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni, have been extended invitations to attend the 'Pran Pratistha' ceremony. As part of the comprehensive security measures, anti-bomb and dog squads have been strategically deployed, and a camp by the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) has been established near the Ayodhya shrine to swiftly respond to any contingencies, as reported by news agency ANI.

The 'Pran Pratistha' ceremony is scheduled to commence at 12:20 pm and is anticipated to conclude by 1 pm. Following the ceremony, Prime Minister Modi is set to address a gathering of over 7,000 individuals, including seers and distinguished personalities at the venue. The event is expected to be witnessed by a vast audience through live television broadcasts and online platforms, prompting several states to declare a holiday, with the Centre announcing a half-day.




The pre-Pran Pratistha rituals, initiated on January 16, are slated to conclude today. The recently crafted 51-inch idol of Ram Lalla, meticulously sculpted by Arun Yogiraj from Mysuru, was ceremoniously positioned in the sanctum sanctorum of the Ram Mandir on Thursday, January 18.
